Being stuck at home without the social contact we are used to can create a lot of anxiety. I want you to take some time this week to check in with your mental health. Create a drawing of anything that brings you peace. Maybe it's a drawing of what you are feeling right now or a picture of a place that makes you feel happy. You could collage something that uplifts you or create a simple doodle to clear your mind. There are no strict rules to this one. Enjoy and post so I can see!
